Ryder Cup: Former Open champion Francesco Molinari appointed as vice captain for Team Europe for third time

Francesco Molinari has been appointed as a vice captain for Team Europe for a third consecutive Ryder Cup, joining European skipper Luke Donald's backroom team. The former Open champion is joined by his brother Edoardo Molinari, with both having served under Donald at the 2023 event at Marco Simone and the 2025 event at Bethpage Black. The next Ryder Cup will be held at Adare Manor in Limerick, Ireland.
