Ryder Cup: Padraig Harrington named as Team Europe vice-captain

Three-time major champion Padraig Harrington, 54, has been named as a vice-captain for Team Europe at the 2027 Ryder Cup, to be held at Adare Manor. He joins Edoardo and Francesco Molinari in captain Luke Donald's backroom team. Harrington previously played in six Ryder Cups and captained Europe at the 2021 edition at Whistling Straits, which the team lost to the USA.
