Haeran Ryu won the Evian Championship by birdieing the first hole of a sudden-death playoff against Brooke Henderson. The victory marks Ryu's second consecutive major title, achieved within the span of three weeks. Ryu had previously set an LPGA major record with a round of 60 during the tournament.
