Saracens academy player Totoa Auvaa, a 21-year-old Samoan back-row, will not face formal disciplinary action from Saracens or the Rugby Football Union after punching England cricketer Gus Atkinson in a nightclub incident on 8 June. The altercation triggered a captaincy crisis for Ben Stokes, who was reportedly involved in the aftermath. The ECB is understood to be bemused by the lack of disciplinary action taken against Auvaa.
