Scarlets confirm rugby departures at the end of the 2025-26 season

Scarlets Rugby have confirmed that eight players will leave the club at the end of the 2025-26 season. Second row Jake Ball is retiring from rugby, while Tom Rogers, Marnus van der Merwe, Max Douglas, Alec Hepburn, Ben Williams, Rhodri Lewis, and Dan Gemine will move on to new opportunities, along with Senior Academy players Tom Phillips and Steff Jac Jones. Assistant coach Jared Payne will also depart after three seasons with the Welsh region.
