Scotland line up young Belgian coach to replace Steve Clarke

Scotland are set to appoint Sebastien Pocognoli as their new national team manager, replacing Steve Clarke. Pocognoli, a young Belgian coach, has previously had spells with Monaco and Union Saint-Gilloise. If confirmed, he would become only the second foreign manager in Scotland's history.
