Scott Sio signs for Cardiff Rugby for 2026/27 season

Exeter Chiefs loosehead prop Scott Sio has agreed to join Cardiff Rugby for the 2026/27 season, departing after five years and more than 75 appearances for the Devon club. The Australian-born front-rower previously earned over 70 Wallabies caps, including featuring in the 2015 Rugby World Cup final against New Zealand, and recently switched international allegiance to Manu Samoa. Sio's father Tavita also represented Manu Samoa at the 1991 Rugby World Cup, and Scott spent 12 seasons with the ACT Brumbies before moving to Exeter.
