Scottie Scheffler hits the reset button for The Open after a rare missed cut

Scottie Scheffler missed the cut at the Scottish Open, ending a streak of 78 consecutive made cuts — the longest active streak in golf and the longest since Tiger Woods' record of 142 consecutive cuts made between 1998 and 2005. The missed cut was Scheffler's first in nearly four years. He is now looking to refocus and reset ahead of The Open Championship.
