The NYPD is searching for a group of individuals who attacked a 39-year-old San Antonio Spurs fan in Midtown Manhattan at approximately 12:17 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2026, following Game 3 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden. The mob punched and kicked the victim and forcibly stripped him of his Spurs jersey as he was walking back to his hotel. The attack was reported as Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Knicks and Spurs was set to resume.
