Sebastian Gorzny wins USTA playoff, earns US Open berth

He defeated Matthew Forbes 6-2, 6-2 in the opening round before beating SMU's Trevor Svajda 6-4, 6-2 in the championship match, which was interrupted by an hour-long rain delay.
