Seminoles star Whaley, 22, wins U.S. Amateur title

Jack Whaley, a 22-year-old golfer from the Florida State Seminoles in the ACC, won the U.S. Amateur championship on Sunday at Merion Golf Club in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Whaley notably used double gloves during the rainy conditions and defeated Jay Leng Jr. to claim the title.
