Serena Williams teams up with Muchova in Berlin doubles

Serena Williams, who retired after the 2022 US Open and is now on a comeback trail nearly four years later, will partner Czech player Karolina Muchova in the doubles at the Berlin Open grass court tournament. Muchova, ranked 10th in the world and runner-up at the 2023 French Open, expressed excitement about the partnership at a press conference in Berlin on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Williams, a 23-time Grand Slam singles champion, had previously returned to doubles competition at Queen's Club in London the week prior.
