Serrano equals knockout record with Hanson victory

Amanda Serrano equalled the record for the most knockouts in women's boxing history by stopping Cheyenne Hanson in the second round in El Paso, Texas. The 37-year-old American retained her WBA and WBO featherweight titles by pinning the 28-year-old German fighter in the corner and landing a series of unanswered punches that caused the fight to be waved off. Three of Serrano's four career losses have come against Katie Taylor.
