Silverstone name grandstand after George Russell

Silverstone has announced the creation of the George Russell Grandstand, located at Farm Curve, which will open in time for next year's British Grand Prix. The move follows the success of Lando Norris's 'Landostand' at Stowe corner, which debuted in 2025 when Norris claimed his first British Grand Prix win and attracted 16,000 fans in 2026. Russell had publicly expressed his desire for his own grandstand during this year's Silverstone weekend, finishing second at the circuit this season.
