So close again: Scottie Scheffler stacks third straight runner-up finish
Scottie Scheffler recorded his third consecutive runner-up finish on the PGA Tour, finishing solo second at the Cadillac Championship in Miami at 13 under par after a final-round 71. He finished six shots behind winner Cameron Young, having previously lost to Rory McIlroy at the Masters by one shot and fallen to Matt Fitzpatrick in a playoff at RBC Heritage. Scheffler cited poor putting as the key factor in his inability to generate momentum during the final round.
