Sophia Dunkley credits England omission with ‘better trajectory’

England batter Sophia Dunkley has credited her period of omission from the national side with putting her on a better career trajectory. After being dropped briefly, Dunkley has since returned to become a permanent fixture in the England women's team under head coach Charlotte Edwards. The experience of being left out appears to have refocused and reinvigorated her approach to international cricket.
