Sources: 76ers president Morey out; Nurse to stay

Daryl Morey has been dismissed as president of basketball operations for the Philadelphia 76ers after six seasons in the role, according to ESPN sources reporting on Tuesday. Head coach Nick Nurse, however, will remain with the team. Morey had been a central figure in the franchise's front office during his tenure.
