Sources: Arsenal agree deal to sign Guimarães

Arsenal have agreed a deal worth a guaranteed £75 million to sign Brazilian midfielder Bruno Guimarães from Newcastle United, sources have told ESPN. The 28-year-old, who has made 153 Premier League appearances and captained Newcastle since joining from Lyon, is set to undergo a medical before finalising the move. His departure follows those of Anthony Gordon and Sandro Tonali, and comes after manager Eddie Howe left Newcastle by mutual consent after five years in charge.
