Sources: Jazz's Jackson (knee) out 6-8 weeks; Markkanen also hurt

The Utah Jazz will be without two key frontcourt players after Jaren Jackson Jr. was diagnosed with a torn MCL in his right knee, sidelining him for 6-8 weeks, and Lauri Markkanen suffered a sprained wrist, per ESPN sources. The dual injuries represent a significant blow to Utah's depth at the big man position. The timing and duration of Markkanen's absence were not specified in the initial report.
