South Africa v Australia: second men’s cricket Test, day five – live

The second men's cricket Test between South Africa and Australia is taking place in Gqeberha, with day five of the match underway. Play began at 9.45am local time (6.45am AEDT / 8.45am BST), with the Proteas hosting Australia. Discussion around Australian selection policy includes debate over Sheffield Shield form and whether players like Maddinson and Connolly were picked based on 'vibe' rather than domestic cricket performance.
