Sporting Kansas City acquire Andre Luiz in club-record deal

Sporting Kansas City have signed Brazilian winger André Luiz from Greek Super League club Olympiacos in a club-record deal reported to be worth $18 million plus add-ons. The 24-year-old has agreed to a five-year contract running through the 2030-31 MLS season. Luiz will occupy Designated Player and international roster slots at the club.
