Staal signs 1-year contract worth up to $10 million with Hurricanes
Jordan Staal, 38-year-old captain of the Carolina Hurricanes, has signed a one-year contract worth up to $10 million for the 2027-28 season, featuring a $900,000 base salary, a $4 million signing bonus, and up to $5.1 million in performance bonuses.
