Start of England's community rugby season postponed

The Rugby Football Union (RFU) has postponed the start of England's community rugby season due to player welfare concerns and poor pitch conditions caused by severe drought. Officials report that 71.3% of England is currently in drought, with the country recording its driest July since records began in 1836. The season will begin at least two weeks later than originally scheduled as a result.
