Strider in vintage form as Braves honor Cox with big win over Dodgers

The Atlanta Braves defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers 7-2 on Saturday night at Dodger Stadium, with Spencer Strider delivering his best pitching performance in over two years. The win came on the same day Hall of Fame manager Bobby Cox, who guided the Braves to 14 straight division titles, five NL pennants, and one World Series title, passed away Saturday morning. Offensively, Ozzie Albies and Matt Olson hit consecutive two-run singles in the second inning, while Michael Harris II added an RBI double in the fifth.
