Struijk red card shown after VAR intervention is overturned

Brighton defender Pascal Struijk had his red card overturned after it was initially shown following a VAR intervention during a match against Sunderland. The decision was considered controversial, and upon review, the dismissal was rescinded. This means Struijk will not face an automatic suspension resulting from the original red card.
