US actor Sydney Sweeney is facing backlash from female athletes, including British sprinter Amy Hunt, over a viral advertisement for sports prediction company Novig. In the commercial, which garnered over 22 million views within its first two days, Sweeney appears with her nude body covered by sports equipment before appearing topless on a pool table. Female Olympians and other athletes have accused the advert of demeaning and sexualising women's sports.
