Szoboszlai signs new long-term deal at Liverpool

Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai has signed a new five-year contract at Anfield, running until the summer of 2031, extending beyond his previous deal which was set to expire in 2028. The Hungarian international joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig for £60 million in 2023 and was a key figure in their 2024-25 Premier League title-winning season, contributing 13 goals and 12 assists in 53 appearances. The deal was negotiated between Szoboszlai's representatives and Liverpool sporting director Richard Hughes.
