Argentina's Thiago Agustin Tirante, ranked No. 65, defeated No. 3 seed Novak Djokovic 2-6, 6-4, 6-4 at the Cincinnati Open on Saturday to reach the round of 32. Djokovic suffered a health scare during the second set, appearing to vomit at a changeover before taking a medical timeout, having previously won 96.5% of his Masters 1000 matches after taking the first set. The victory is the biggest of Tirante's career — his third top-10 win of the season — and came in the same week he broke into the top 50 for the first time.
