American Taylor Fritz defeated Spaniard Rafael Jodar 7-6 (2), 6-4 to claim the Mubadala DC Open title on Monday evening, securing his first ATP title of 2026. Fritz, ranked No. 10 and seeded third in the tournament, beat four opponents en route to the final, including Brandon Nakashima, Alex Michelsen, Kamil Majchrzak, and Zizou Bergs.
