Texans co-founder Janice McNair dies at age 89

Janice S. McNair, co-founder and senior chair of the Houston Texans NFL franchise, passed away on Tuesday in Houston at the age of 89, the team announced. McNair played a pivotal role in bringing the Texans into existence alongside her late husband Bob McNair, who founded the franchise in 1999. She had continued her involvement with the organization as senior chair following her husband's death in 2018.
