Texas State tops Utah State 20-17 on Jacob Bonilla's field goal late in fourth quarter

Jacob Bonilla kicked a 37-yard field goal with less than two minutes remaining to give Texas State a 20-17 victory over Utah State on Saturday night in San Marcos, Texas. The win came despite the Bobcats managing only 250 total yards of offense, a significant drop from the previous week when they set a school record with 716 yards in a 66-27 rout of Colorado State. The field goal proved to be the decisive score in a tight contest.
