The First Look: First leg of FedExCup Playoffs kicks off at Fedex St. Jude Championship

The 2026 FedExCup Playoffs begin this week at the FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind in Memphis, with 69 of the top 70 golfers in the FedExCup Standings competing. The top 50 players after this first leg will advance to the second playoff event. Notable entrant Rory McIlroy, who won the Masters in April, returns to the event after missing it last year and will enter outside the top 10 in the standings for the first time since 2021.
