The 2026 edition of The Hundred cricket tournament begins on Tuesday, featuring several significant changes from previous years. In 2025, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) completed the sale of stakes in all eight teams, generating over £500 million, which will be reinvested into English and Welsh cricket.
