TNT Sports close to securing live UK rights for England white-ball cricket tour of Australia

TNT Sports is close to securing live UK broadcasting rights for England's eight-match white-ball cricket tour of Australia next month. Channel 5 is in advanced talks with Cricket Australia over a highlights package for the tour, and is also in discussions to broadcast one of the five T20 internationals live on free-to-air television. The deal would give UK audiences both pay-TV and potential free-to-air access to the series.
