Tom Pidcock storms to fifth Nové Město win

Tom Pidcock claimed his fifth career XCO mountain bike victory at Nové Město na Moravě in the Czech Republic, extending his remarkable record at the venue. France's Luca Martin pushed Pidcock throughout the race, closing to within five seconds at one point during lap six, but ultimately finished 18 seconds behind in second place. Pidcock, who now boasts 12 podiums in 13 career XCO starts, admitted it was his hardest win at the venue, citing difficult descents, tire puncture risks, and constant pressure from Martin.
