Tom Pidcock wins Tour of the Alps stage weeks after serious crash

Britain's Tom Pidcock won stage three of the Tour of the Alps, finishing ahead of Tommaso Dati of Ukyo and Egan Bernal of Ineos Grenadiers in a sprint finish in Arco, northern Italy.
