Tour de France Femmes 2026: stage one test for riders around Lausanne – live

The 2026 Tour de France Femmes opened with a 138km first stage around Lausanne, Switzerland. Dutch rider Demi Vollering, 29, is considered the top favourite for the race; she leads FDJ United-Suez, is the first €1 million athlete in women's cycling, and completed a grand slam of all three European Grand Tours in the lead-up to the event. The 2025 edition was won by Pauline Ferrand-Prévot.
