Tour of Britain Women: World's best riders set for Welsh roads
The Tour of Britain Women, the UK's biggest women's road cycling race, is visiting Wales for two stages during its first-ever five-stage edition, running from Cumbria to Warwickshire between Wednesday and Sunday, 23 August. Stage three features a 104.7km route from Mold to the Great Orme in Llandudno, while stage four covers 138.3km from Llanidloes to Hay-on-Wye. Top riders including race leader Lorena Wiebes, Zoe Backstedt, and Lotte Kopecky are among the competitors tackling the challenging Welsh terrain.
