Tracking 31 automatic qualifiers for the 2026 NCAA softball tournament

The 2026 NCAA Division I softball tournament will feature 31 automatic bids awarded to conference champions. Conference tournament play begins Thursday, April 30, with all automatic qualifiers determined by Saturday, May 9. The 64-team bracket will be revealed during a selection show airing at 7 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 10 on ESPN2.
