Rory McIlroy returns to the PGA Tour at the 2026 Truist Championship at Quail Hollow in Charlotte, where he has four career victories and three additional top-five finishes, including a 2024 win. Sepp Straka enters as the defending champion after winning the 2025 edition held in Philadelphia while Quail Hollow prepared for the PGA Championship. Seven of the top 10 and 23 of the top 30 world-ranked players are competing, including Cameron Young, who won the Cadillac Championship last week and The Players Championship in March.
