Two Native Records on the final morning at Scotstoun
At the Commonwealth Games at Scotstoun, Scotland set two new Native Records on the final morning of competition. Nicole Yeargin broke a 23-year-old record in the 400m final, clocking 51.27 to finish 5th, surpassing Lee McConnell's mark set at the same venue in 2003. The Scottish women's 4x100m relay team of Lucy Fraser, Kaya Slater, Alyson Bell, and Alisha Rees also set a new Native Record of 44.89, qualifying for the evening final as one of two non-automatic qualifiers.
