UCI Track Cycling World Championship day 3 results & round-up

On day three of the UCI Track Cycling World Championships (October 17, 2026), Jonathan Milan broke his own world record in the individual pursuit, posting a time described as comparable to a silver-medal performance at the 2008 Olympic Team Pursuit. Jeffery Hoogland claimed his fifth world title in the men's kilometre event, while Great Britain won two gold medals on the day, including through Anna Morris in the women's omnium — her first world title in a bunch race. With three of five days completed, Team GB lead the overall medal table.
