UFC Returns To Shanghai On August 28-29

UFC will return to Shanghai on August 28-29, 2026, hosting back-to-back prime time events at the Pudong Development Bank Shanghai Oriental Sports Center for the second consecutive year. The Road to UFC Season 5 Semifinals will take place on Friday, August 28, with winners advancing to compete for multi-fight UFC contracts, followed by UFC Fight Night Shanghai on Saturday, August 29, marking the promotion's first event in Pudong District since a sold-out show in 2017. Both events are hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Sports Bureau and Pudong District Government, with China Mobile subsidiary Migu serving as co-organizer.
