UFC star apologises to Lewis Hamilton over feud triggered by hunting video

UFC heavyweight Jon Jones has publicly apologized to Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, five years after a dispute stemming from a January 2021 video in which Jones shot a pig from a helicopter using an AR-15 rifle during a hunt with Army Rangers. Hamilton, a committed vegan and animal rights advocate since 2017, privately messaged Jones calling him a coward and subsequently blocked him on social media. Jones revealed the details of the feud in a recent interview with AFLGlobal and expressed his wish to reconcile with the seven-time World Champion, who currently races for Ferrari in 2026.
