UK Athletics 5k Road Titles on the Line as Athletes Head to Cardiff

The fifth edition of the SportsShoes Home Nations 5K, incorporating the UK Athletics 5k Road Race Championships, is set to take place in Bute Park, Cardiff on 27th September 2026. The event features national teams from Wales, England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, with no returning champions from 2025, leaving the title open. The fastest entrant is 2025 British 5000m silver medallist Jack Kavanagh of Holland Sports AC, who holds a personal best of 13:34.
