Notable inclusions are Andrei Vasilevskiy and Igor Shesterkin, while standout performers from the recent season such as Cayden Dobes — who posted 29 wins and helped Montreal reach the Eastern Conference Final — and Jesper Wallstedt, who led rookie goalies with a .916 save percentage, also featured. Dobes signed a three-year, $16.05 million contract with Montreal on July 2, while Wallstedt helped the Wild reach the Western Conference Second Round for the first time since 2015.
