Verstappen hits back at COTA boss: 'Drive my car'

Max Verstappen publicly challenged Circuit of the Americas boss Bobby Epstein after Epstein downplayed concerns about the bumpy U.S. Grand Prix track, saying Epstein 'wouldn't be able to walk anymore' after five laps in his Red Bull. Verstappen, who qualified second on Saturday, invited Epstein to drive the car himself, referencing X-rays showing lower back damage from racing wear and tear. Epstein had claimed the track was 'in really good shape' aside from Turn 1, despite COTA undertaking work to smooth out bumps ahead of the event.
