Veteran star Son Heung-min will lead South Korea’s World Cup campaign

South Korea coach Hong Myung-bo named his 26-man squad on Saturday for the upcoming FIFA World Cup hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Veteran captain Son Heung-min, who joined Los Angeles FC in MLS after a decade at Tottenham Hotspur, will participate in his fourth World Cup. It marks South Korea's 11th consecutive World Cup appearance, a streak dating back to 1986.
