Viktor Hovland surges to one-shot lead at TOUR Championship with cast of challengers lined up behind him

Viktor Hovland shot a 5-under 65 on Saturday at the TOUR Championship, finishing with six consecutive putts of seven feet or longer to take a one-shot lead at 15-under 195 heading into the final round at East Lake. Ryan Gerard, a TOUR Championship newcomer, sits in second place after a bogey-free 66, while Scottie Scheffler and Chris Gotterup are three shots back at 12-under 198. Adam Scott and Ludvig Åberg are also among the contenders in the season-ending FedExCup finale in Atlanta.
