Vingegaard seals Giro d’Italia and is eighth cyclist to complete Grand Tour set

Jonas Vingegaard of Denmark won the 2025 Giro d'Italia by a margin of five minutes and 22 seconds, becoming the eighth cyclist in history to complete the Grand Tour set by winning the Giro, Tour de France, and Vuelta a España. The final stage in Rome was won by Italian sprinter Jonathan Milan, with Vingegaard simply needing to finish to secure overall victory. The Visma-Lease a Bike rider now targets the Tour de France in July, where he is expected to face a major rivalry with Tadej Pogacar.
